美孚石油公司是中华人民共和国成立前最大的石油产品供应商,在中国拥有庞大的销售网络。梧州美孚公司是美孚公司属下的分公司之一,负责广西和贵州的市场业务。战后,美孚公司力图全面恢复在华市场业务。梧州公司根据总公司指示迅速恢复了战前的代理销售网,努力推进了新业务——加油站网络建设,抢先重占市场,并在一定程度上取得了成功。透过梧州公司分析战后美孚如何采用弹性政策以适应战后环境。
Mobil Oil is the largest oil product provider in the People’s Republic of China before its founding and has a vast sales network in China.
