土光敏夫是日本企业界一个颇负盛名的经营家,他曾相继担任了日本石川岛造船所总经理、东芝公司总经理、日本经济团体联合会(简称经团联)会长,他以公正无私、雷厉风行的工作作风,坚持不懈的斗争精神,审时度势的敏锐眼力,开拓了战后日本经济的新局面。作为一个既无门阀,又无学阀关系的土光敏夫,他是怎样成为现代日本经济界的泰斗呢? 石川岛初试锋芒 1896年9月15日,土光敏夫出生在日本冈山县御津郡大野村。他的小学是在大野村度过的,中学考进了关西中学,中学毕业后考入了东京高等工业学校机械系。大正九年(1920年),土光毕业,来到石川岛造船所就职,跨出了走向社会的第一步。
