[目的]探讨肺癌中MTS1/p16和nm3基因产物的表达意义。[方法]应用SP免疫组织化学方法研究62例肺癌组织中p16蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达情况。[结果]62例肺癌组织中p16蛋白和nm23蛋白阳性率分别为58 1 %和48 4%。腺癌p16蛋白的阳性率明显高于小细胞癌(P<0 05) ;淋巴结转移阳性组p16蛋白的表达显著低于阴性组(P<0 05 ,r=0 27)。不同组织类型肺癌中nm23蛋白的表达未见明显差异 ,淋巴结转移阳性组nm23蛋白的表达低于阴性组(P<0 01 ,r=0 52)。p16蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达之间未见明显相关。[结论]提示p16蛋白的表达与肺癌的组织学类型有关 ,nm23蛋白低表达对肺癌细胞的淋巴结转移起重要作用。检测nm23蛋白的表达可作为判断肺癌淋巴结转移的一项新指标。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of MTS1/p16 and nm3 gene products in lung cancer. [Methods] SP immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of p16 protein and nm23 protein in 62 cases of lung cancer. [Results] The positive rates of p16 protein and nm23 protein in 62 lung cancer tissues were 58 1 % and 48 4 %, respectively. The positive rate of p16 protein in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that of small cell carcinoma (P<0 05). The expression of p16 protein in lymph node metastasis positive group was significantly lower than that in the negative group (P<0 05, r=027). There was no significant difference in the expression of nm23 protein between different tissue types of lung cancer. The expression of nm23 protein in lymph node metastasis positive group was lower than that in negative group (P<0 01, r=0 52). There was no clear correlation between the expression of p16 protein and nm23 protein. [Conclusion] It is suggested that the expression of p16 protein is related to the histological type of lung cancer. The low expression of nm23 protein plays an important role in the lymph node metastasis of lung cancer cells. Detecting the expression of nm23 protein can be used as a new index to judge lymph node metastasis in lung cancer.
