引进技术的方式方法很多,形式多样。在发展中国家与发达国家之间进行技术转让的双方,对于选择何种形式都有各自的考虑和意图。概括起来,技术输入方的主要意图是:一、如何发挥自己的人力物力以减少对外依赖。二、如何利用外国资金以减轻支付外汇的负担。三、如何能从技术输出方获取更多的技术,并能继续不断地获得新的技术改进资料以保持技术的先进性。四、如何利用输出方的先进经营管理经验以提高劳动生产率并降低生产成
There are many ways and means of introducing technology. Both sides of technology transfer between developing and developed countries have their own considerations and intentions in choosing which form to use. To sum up, the main intent of the technology importer is: First, how to use its human and material resources to reduce dependence on foreign countries. Second, how to use foreign funds to ease the burden of paying foreign exchange. Third, how can we obtain more technologies from the technical output side and continue to obtain new technological improvement materials to maintain the advanced nature of the technology? Fourth, how to use exporters’ advanced management experience to increase labor productivity and reduce production
