我院自1989年4月—1990年10月,对15例顽固性心衰病人加服心得安治疗。其中男13例,女2例。年龄35—72岁。病程2—10年。其中肺心病5例,扩张型心肌病2例,风心病4例、心肌梗塞后反复心衰1例,高血压性心脏病1例,原因不明2例。伴发心律失常8例。本组病人均心衰1周以上经常规治疗,效果不显方加服心得安,其用量每日40mg,早晚各服20mg。其疗效判断,根据临床症
