采用光谱电化学方法研究了纳米TiO2多孔薄膜电极的平带电势,获得了薄膜厚度以及TiCl4处理对纳米TiO2薄膜电极平带电势的影响情况,并研究了平带电势对染料敏化太阳电池光伏性能的影响.结果表明,可以通过检测纳米TiO2电极平带电势的变化趋势来反映电池中TiO2电极平带电势的变化趋势.随着TiO2电极膜厚的增加,其平带电势将向正方向移动,导致对应电池的开路电压随之减小.另外,经过TiCl4处理后的TiO2电极,其平带电势和对应电池的开路电压都没有明显的变化.研究表明,通过测试和分析纳米TiO2多孔薄膜电极平带电势的变化趋势,能够很好地获得相应的太阳电池的开路电压变化趋势.
The electrospinning potential of nanostructured porous TiO_2 electrode was studied by means of a spectroscopic method. The influence of the film thickness and the TiCl4 treatment on the flat potential of the nanosized TiO2 thin film electrode was investigated. The effects of flat potential on the photovoltaic performance of the dye-sensitized solar cell .The results show that the change trend of the flat potential of TiO2 electrode in the battery can be reflected by detecting the change tendency of the flatband potential of the TiO2 electrode.With the increase of the film thickness of the TiO2 electrode, the flat-band potential will move in the positive direction, Resulting in the corresponding battery open-circuit voltage decreases.In addition, after TiCl4-treated TiO2 electrode, the flat potential and the corresponding open-circuit battery voltage did not change significantly.Studies show that, by testing and analysis of nano-porous TiO2 film electrode level With the trend of potential changes, can well get the corresponding solar cell open circuit voltage trends.
