随着行业的不断跨界整合,“互联网+”时代的到来,众多企业不仅面临着业务的升级,还面临着对人才的管理。高职院校作为人力资源专业人才的重要输入机构,当前企业对此类人才的需求为高职院校人力资源管理专业提供了发展契机。为此,高职院应顺应时代发展、行业需求,不断提高高职院校人力资源管理专业水准,办出特色和实效。
As the industry continues to cross-border integration, “Internet + ” era, many businesses are not only facing the business upgrade, but also facing the management of talent. As an important input institution of human resources professionals, higher vocational colleges demand the talents of these enterprises to provide a chance for the development of human resources management major in higher vocational colleges.
