The International Gas Agency (IEA) recently released the “2014 mid-term natural gas market report” predicts that in the next 5 years, China’s natural gas demand will nearly tripled. In this context, the import of liquefied natural gas (LNG) will be an important way to supplement the domestic natural gas demand gap. This year, China’s “natural gas diplomacy” can be described as a success story. In May, China signed a large import bill of natural gas amounting to more than 400 billion U.S. dollars with Russia. After January, CNOOC announced a long-term supply agreement of 20 billion U.S. dollars with BP. Soon, Shell has reached a strategic cooperation framework agreement with CNOOC, which has attracted worldwide attention. Coastal provinces have unique geographical advantages, LNG waterway transportation for the province petrochemical and related industries has brought tremendous opportunities. So, the coastal chemical provinces is how to plan the layout of the LNG project? The progress of these projects? Reporter carried out
