According to the research at home and abroad, the improved yield of maize genetic improvement is about 33-37%, so the selection of maize seeds is the most economical and effective measure to increase maize yield. In the past three years, 25 maize breeding collaborating research institutes nationwide have bred 41 high-yielding, disease-resistant and high-quality corn hybrids and 6 improved hybrids, which have shown obvious yield-increasing effects in production.
