天然石材镶贴柱子方法的改进

天然石材饰面属于高级装修,用其装修柱子,用传统的镶贴方法施工难度更大些。因为传统的石材加工时,四角打磨成10mm厚的方台和一个45°的割角(见图1),10mm的方台与大面一起要磨光。天然石材加工成这种形式镶贴时不易固定,有时因块材有微翘或加固楔子用力不均,四角立缝会上下不均匀,此时实测“阳角方整”极易超出2mm的允许误差。经多年实践,我们把传统的石材立边加工方法加以改进,将原来的45°角改成类似木窗安玻璃的剪口形,则使天然石材镶贴质量的效果大为改观(见图2)。
