国有企业是我国社会主义基本经济体制的产物,它反映的是公有制和国家宏观调控在经济领域上的配置地位。但是国有企业也是企业,必须遵守组织管理的通行原则。而财务管理是组织运行的重要内容。因此,本文重点探讨国有企业在社会主义市场经济体制背景下其财务管理所面临的问题和对策。
State-owned enterprises are the product of the basic socialist economic system in our country and reflect the configuration of public ownership and state macro-control in the economic field. However, state-owned enterprises are also enterprises. They must abide by the principle of organizational management. The financial management is an important part of the operation of the organization. Therefore, this article focuses on the problems and countermeasures that state-owned enterprises face in the financial management in the context of the socialist market economic system.
