本文对舞蹈训练当中常见的身体损伤进行讨论,并列出几项预防损伤的方法,希望可以减少广大舞者在舞蹈训练中的各种损伤,延长职业寿命。
This article discusses the common body injuries during the dance training and lists several ways to prevent the injuries. It is hoped that various types of injuries can be reduced during the dance training and the occupational life of the dancers can be reduced.
