1989年3月28日,山西省沙棘办公室在太原召开了沙棘基地建设及种植科研会。参加会议的有全省6个沙棘种植基地县主管水保的局长及三个种植科研单应的课题负责人。会议由省水利厅副厅长、省沙棘办副主任孙建轩同志主持。会议交流了三年来我省沙棘种植基地县建设和种植科研的经验与存在的问题,探讨了今后沙棘资源建设方向、方法,部署了今年工作: 第一,花大力气搞好6个沙棘种值基地县的建设。由沙棘办从省水保经费中拿出24万元专款,同6个基地县签定沙棘种植合同,逐县落实种植面积。各有侧重,完成所接受的任务。
March 28, 1989, Seabuckthorn Shanxi Office held in Taiyuan seabuckthorn base construction and planting scientific research. Participants at the meeting were the director of six provincial-level seabuckthorn planting bases in charge of soil and water conservation and the three project leaders in charge of planting scientific research monographs. The meeting was hosted by Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Water Resources, Comrade Sun Jianxuan, deputy director of Provincial Seabuckthorn Office. The meeting exchanged experiences and problems in the construction and planting and scientific research of seabuckthorn planting base counties in the past three years and discussed the direction and methods for the construction of seabuckthorn resources in the future and the deployment of this year’s work: First, vigorously improve the seabuckthorn species value Construction of the base county. Seabuckthorn do from the provincial water conservancy funds out of 240,000 yuan earmarked, with six base county signed a contract of seabuckthorn, county implementation of the planted area. Each has its own focus and accomplishes the tasks it accepts.
