本文叙述了在国产WYX-402型原子吸收分光光度计上采用微量进样技术,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定血浆、红细胞中铜、铁和锌的含量,获得了与常规法相同的灵敏度。血浆中铜、铁和锌的平均回收率分别为101.0%,103.0%、100.8%。相对标准偏差分别为1.25%、1.44%、3.14%。红细胞中铜、铁和锌的平均回收率分别为102.5%、104.9%、97.9%。相对标准偏差分别为3.4%、1.48%、3.44%。
This paper describes the use of microinjection on a domestic WYX-402 atomic absorption spectrophotometer to determine the contents of copper, iron and zinc in plasma and erythrocytes by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The same sensitivity as the conventional method was obtained. The average recoveries of plasma copper, iron and zinc were 101.0%, 103.0% and 100.8%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 1.25%, 1.44% and 3.14% respectively. The average recoveries of copper, iron and zinc in erythrocytes were 102.5%, 104.9% and 97.9%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 3.4%, 1.48% and 3.44% respectively.
