目前,国内缺乏大型地下水封洞库相关工程设计经验,基于国外类似工程工艺自动化方面的设计经验,从水封洞库的储运工艺出发,设计了锦州大型地下水封洞库自动化控制系统。该系统包括过程控制系统、安全仪表系统、地下水位监测系统、水幕监测系统、微震监测系统、液位计量监测系统。锦州大型地下水封洞库的过程控制系统和安全仪表系统是利用PLC等硬件和Epipeview组态软件开发的,实现了锦州大型地下水封洞库的原油进库、原油外输等生产运行的自动化,并可以实时监测洞库地上和地下设备设施的运行参数。该控制系统保障了库区安全、平稳、可靠运行,同时为中国今后大型地下水封洞库的自动化设计积累了经验。
At present, the domestic lack of experience in engineering design of large-scale groundwater sealing caverns, based on the design experience of similar foreign engineering process automation, starting from the storage and transportation process of water caverns, designed the automatic control system of large groundwater caverns in Jinzhou. The system includes process control system, safety instrumentation system, groundwater level monitoring system, water curtain monitoring system, microseismic monitoring system and liquid level monitoring system. The process control system and safety instrumented system of Jinzhou large-scale groundwater sealed cavern are developed by hardware such as PLC and Epipeview configuration software to automate the production and operation of crude oil into the reservoir and crude oil in Jinzhou large-scale groundwater cavern. The control system safeguarded the safe, stable and reliable operation of the reservoir area, and accumulated experience in the automation design of large-scale groundwater sealing caverns in the future.
