目的探讨胃癌全胃切除术后早期肠内营养和肠外营养的应用效果。方法 50例全胃切除患者随机分为两组,25例术后行肠外营养治疗(对照组),25例术后早期行肠内营养治疗(观察组)。比较两组患者不同时期的体重及血清前白蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清转铁蛋白及CRP,肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间。结果两组在改善患者营养状况方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组能明显促进患者肠道功能恢复,提高机体免疫水平(P<0.05)。结论胃癌全胃切除术后患者早期肠内营养安全、简便、经济,能明显改善机体的营养状况,与肠外营养相比,可以促进肠道功能早期恢复,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods Fifty patients with total gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-five patients were treated with parenteral nutrition (control group) and 25 patients were enrolled in enteral nutrition group after operation (observation group). The body weight, prealbumin, serum albumin, serum transferrin and CRP, intestinal function recovery time and hospital stay in two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the nutritional status of patients (P> 0.05). The observation group could significantly promote the recovery of intestinal function and improve the immunity of the patients (P <0.05). Conclusions Early enteral nutrition after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer is safe, simple and economical, which can obviously improve the nutritional status of the body. Compared with parenteral nutrition, it can promote the early recovery of intestinal function and shorten the hospitalization time.
