通过人工遮光、自然光照、秋播和春播等处理,研究光照和温度对白菜型油菜(Brassica campestris)细胞质雄性不育(CMS)的影响。结果表明,光照对该CMS育性变化没有显著影响;积温和高温的共同作用是该CMS育性变化的主要影响因素。温度积累效应可能主要作用于不育花朵的雄蕊和花药。不同播期,不同的核背景对育性变化无影响,但对转变起始时间和所需天数有一定影响。
The effects of light and temperature on cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) of Brassica campestris were studied by artificial shading, natural light, autumn sowing and spring sowing. The results showed that light had no significant effect on CMS fertility change. The combination of accumulated temperature and high temperature was the main factor affecting the CMS fertility. The temperature accumulation effect may mainly affect stamens and anthers of sterile flowers. Different sowing dates, different nuclear backgrounds have no effect on fertility changes, but have some impact on the starting time of transformation and the number of days required.
