民主集中制是我们党和国家根本的组织制度和领导制度,是科学合理的有效率的制度。但多年以来,民主集中制贯彻执行得并不好。本文从认识上的模糊、制度的不健全、监督的软弱和诸多关系的难以处理等四个方面详细分析了造成民主集中制执行不力的具体原因,以期引起人们对民主集中制进行全方位研究的重视。
