阐述了热套刀具的优点,在热套刀具的常规调整方法基础上,提出一种优化的调整方法。该方法可以有效减少热套刀柄的热疲劳,延长它的寿命,降低对刀具调整设备的要求。
The merits of heat cutter are expounded. Based on the conventional adjustment method of heat cutter, an optimized adjustment method is put forward. The method can effectively reduce the heat fatigue of the heat sleeve handle, prolong the service life of the tool sleeve and reduce the requirement on the tool adjustment device.
