济南黄河公铁两用桥为五跨全长798.3m的刚性悬索加劲连续钢桁梁连续结构,在国内公铁两用桥上是首次采用。采用钢桁梁带加劲弦多点顶推技术施工,通过布置跨线龙门吊、墩旁托架、导梁、滑道与滑块、多点顶推装置等施工结构设施,并采用同步性控制技术实现了钢梁顶推。经计算采取有效措施,解决了长导梁上墩、加劲弦合龙、吊杆张拉等技术难题,揭示了重载作用下的摩擦系数及钢梁成桥线形。通过现场实施效果结合理论分析参数,验证了该技术安全可靠、合理可行。
The Jinan Yellow River Rail-to-Rail Bridge is a continuous structure of five-span rigid suspension stiffening continuous steel truss girder with a total length of 798.3m, which is the first time it is used on the domestic dual-purpose railway. The friction coefficient under heavy load and the line shape of the steel girder were revealed. Through field implementation of the results combined with theoretical analysis of the parameters, the technology was verified safe and reliable, reasonable and feasible.
