小班化教学是适应社会发展和教育需求个性化而产生的新型班级授课形式。本文试图把握小班化教学的特征,结合课题研究、教学实践,初步分析整理出了现行农村学校开展小班化教学的优势与教学策略。
Small class teaching is to adapt to social development and education needs of individual classes generated by the new class teaching. This paper attempts to grasp the characteristics of small class teaching, combined with the topic research, teaching practice, preliminary analysis of the current rural schools to carry out small class teaching advantages and teaching strategies.
