通过对四象限光电探测系统中各种信号计算方法及束斑强度分布影响的深入了解可以在系统硬件确定的条件下,利用计算技巧来获得比较理想的系统特性。本文分析、对比了各种计算、处理方法下,束斑在四象限光敏区位移产生的误差曲线。对光强分布均匀的束斑采用了分区平面积分的方法,对光强呈高斯型分布的束斑借助了计算机逐点二维数值积分、曲线拟合等计算手段求解。所得结果均以曲线图形方式表达。
Through in-depth understanding of various signal calculation methods and the influence of beam intensity distribution in the four-quadrant photoelectric detection system, the calculation system can be used to obtain the ideal system characteristics under the conditions determined by the system hardware. This paper analyzes and compares the error curves of beam spot displacement in the four-quadrant photosensitive area under various calculation and processing methods. The beam spot with uniform light intensity is divided by plane integral method. The beam spot whose light intensity is Gaussian distribution is calculated by means of computer two-dimensional point-by-point numerical integration and curve fitting. The results are graphically expressed.
