直面我国当今的基础教育状况,会发现存在着东和西、南和北、城市和乡村的巨大区域差异。这些差异主要表现在教育设施、师资力量、教师待遇和学生受教育权利保障等方面的差异。针对这些状况,有识之士最近提出了无差别教育和均衡化教育的理念。要实现这些目标,我认为应从以下几个方面着手,才能更好地推进教育的均衡化发展。
Facing the current situation of basic education in our country, we can find that there are huge regional differences between east and west, south and north, cities and villages. These differences are mainly reflected in the differences in education facilities, teachers, teachers ’treatment and the protection of students’ right to education. In response to these conditions, people of insight have recently proposed the concept of education without discrimination and education at equilibrium. To achieve these goals, I think we should proceed from the following aspects in order to better promote the balanced development of education.
