传统的教育观念中,教师在教学活动中始终处于主导地位,学生在课堂上往往处于被动者的地位,学生的主动性、积极性、创造性极少。角色转换教学法的实施,将有利于提高学生学习的主动性,活跃课堂气氛,加强师生、生生交流与沟通,强化学生学习效果,也更能体现现代教学的以人为本思想。在教师的合理引导下,学生在课堂上能轻松、愉悦地接受课程学习,营造高校课堂学习中良好的学习循环体系。
In the traditional concept of education, teachers are always in the leading position in teaching activities. Students are often in the classroom in the passive status. Students’ initiative, enthusiasm and creativity are very few. The implementation of the role-based pedagogy will be conducive to improving students’ learning initiative, active classroom atmosphere, strengthening teachers and students’ exchange and communication, and enhancing students’ learning effects, as well as embodying the people-oriented thinking of modern teaching. Under the reasonable guidance of teachers, students can easily and joyfully take the courses in the classroom and create a good learning circulation system in the classroom learning of colleges and universities.
