目的本实验建立了穿山龙中有机氯,有机磷,拟除虫菊酯类等23种农药残留的(QuEChERS)提取及其气相色谱质谱分析法。方法样品经乙腈提取并浓缩后加入N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)、石墨化碳黑(GCB)进行分散固相萃取净化,气相色谱-电子轰击离子源质谱分时段选择离子监测技术测定与确证,外标法定量。结果在5、20和50μg·kg-13个添加水平下所有农药的平均回收率在80.2%~118.5%,RSD在1.6%~8.5%,可以满足农药残留分析的要求。结论方法简便、快速,可应用于穿山龙药材中农药多残留的检测。
Objective To establish a QuEChERS extraction and GC-MS method for determination of organochlorine, organophosphorus and pyrethroid in Chuan Shanlong. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and concentrated, and then dispersed with N-propyl ethylenediamine (PSA) and graphitized carbon black (GCB) for dispersive solid-phase extraction. Gas chromatography-electron impact ion mass spectrometry Confirmation, external standard method. Results The average recoveries of all pesticides ranged from 80.2% to 118.5% with RSD ranging from 1.6% to 8.5% at 5, 20 and 50 μg · kg-13 levels, which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid and can be applied to the detection of pesticide residues in medicinal plants.
