玻璃研磨表面由凹凸层和裂纹层构成。其深浅直接影响以后的抛光过程。正确地理解这两个表面层在抛光过程中的作用,对于选择合适的研磨和抛光过程,以便使光学表面成形效率最佳化是颇为重要的因素。本文讨论研磨表面的微观结构对抛光过程的影响,提出对其评价的方法,并举例评述现有的一些精磨法加工的表面层结构。
The glass lapping surface consists of a concavo-convex layer and a crack layer. Its depth directly affects the polishing process. Correct understanding of the role of these two surface layers in the polishing process is of considerable importance in selecting the proper grinding and polishing process in order to optimize the efficiency of the optical surface forming. This article discusses the influence of the microstructure of the grinding surface on the polishing process, puts forward the method of evaluation, and reviews the existing surface layer structure of some existing refining methods.
