58只原发性婴幼儿型青光眼(PIG)和76只正常儿童眼用超声测量了活体结构。PIG的眼轴长度、前房深度和玻璃体长度显著大于正常眼,但晶体厚度小于正常眼;PIG的眼球前后段以相同比例扩张,前房深度增加比例最大。正常眼的轴长、前房深度和玻璃体长度与年龄有显著地相关关系。讨论了超声检查在诊断和随访PIG中的意义。
Fifty-one primary infantile glaucoma (PIG) and 76 normal children underwent ophthalmologic ultrasound to measure the living structure. PIG axial length, anterior chamber depth and vitreous length was significantly larger than the normal eye, but the crystal thickness less than normal eyes; PIG before and after the eye segment in the same proportion of expansion, the largest increase in the depth of the anterior chamber. Axis length of the normal eye, anterior chamber depth and vitreous length and age were significantly related. The significance of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and follow-up of PIG was discussed.
