研究结果表明,谷粒饱能增强水稻后期功能叶片抗衰老的能力和光合能力,即能使叶片蛋白质的降解和总氮量、叶绿素含量的下降明显减慢、膜脂过氧化的最终产物丙二醛积累量减少。同位素示踪表明,后期叶片光合产物的88%转移至稻穗。外观可观察到叶色褪淡明显缓慢,至成热期单株仍可保持2张绿叶。但对于谷粒饱增强叶片抗衰老能力的作用机理还有待进一步研究。
The results showed that grain saturating could enhance the ability of anti-aging and photosynthetic ability of functional leaves at the late stage of rice, that is to say, the degradation of protein and the decrease of total nitrogen and chlorophyll content were significantly slowed down. The final product of membrane lipid peroxidation, Aldehyde accumulation decreased. Isotopic tracing showed that 88% of late leaf photosynthate was transferred to the panicle. The appearance of the observed leaf color faded significantly slow, to heat a single plant can still maintain two green leaves. However, the mechanism of action on the anti-aging ability of full-grain-enhanced leaves remains to be further studied.
