从近几年已投入使用的住宅来看,水电工程安装过程中仍存在渗、漏,以及开关不灵等质量通病,不仅会对住宅的使用功能造成负面影响,并为住户带来诸多麻烦,也会为住户带来一定的精神负担。因此,相关施工单位应对质量问题出现的原因进行深入分析,并通过优化施工设计,改善施工技术等手段来对其质量通病进行有效预防。
In view of the residential buildings that have been put into operation in recent years, there are still common problems of quality such as seepage, leakage and ineffective switching during the installation of hydropower projects, which will not only negatively affect the residential functions but also cause many troubles for the residents. Will also bring some mental burden on the residents. Therefore, the relevant construction units should conduct an in-depth analysis of the causes of quality problems and effectively prevent common faults by optimizing construction design and construction techniques.
