有所为 有所不为 根据国外一些企业的成功做法,技术创新一般应把握好如下三点。 一是要尽可能掌握和运用最新科技成果。当前世界范围内正在进行一场以信息技术为核心的技术革命。联合国工合组织的一份调查表明,世界国民生产总值的65％以上与计算机有关。90年代初美国政府开列的22项关键技术中,有12项与信息技术关系密切。信息产业的劳动生产率近20年来提高了100万倍,美国每年计算机完成的工作量可替代4000亿人的劳动！因此有人称计算机技术是战略技术。国内外许多企业的实践也证明,设备采用数显数控技术后,生产率不是提高几倍,而是提高十几、几十倍！此外,新能源、新材料的不断推出,使工业品对能源和材料的依赖性相对减少,既降低成本又有利于生态平衡。目前处于暂时困难的企业,咬紧牙关走技术创新之路,也许能很快摆脱困境。前些年美国经济衰退时期,克莱斯勒汽车公司等大企业在亏损的情况下仍投资科研,更新生产装备,没几年功夫就扭亏为盈。
