目的:观察自拟参芪消结汤对乳腺癌术后患者生存率、生活质量的影响。方法:将130例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组为西医综合治疗+中药,中药以扶正祛邪原则组成的参芪消结汤为基本方辨证论治;对照组单纯西医综合治疗。结果:治疗组3年生存率、5年生存率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;参芪消结汤对患者临床症状及生活质量均有明显改善,改善率100%。结论自拟参芪消结汤可以延长乳腺癌术后患者生存期,提高生活质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi Xiaojie decoction on the survival rate and quality of life of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods: 130 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group is Western medicine + traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine to the principle of strengthening the qi and eliminating the evil, the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment; the control group of pure Western medicine Comprehensive Treatment. Results: The 3-year survival rate and 5-year survival rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Shenqi Xiaojie Decoction significantly improved the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients, and the improvement rate was 100%. Conclusion Self-Shenqi Xiaojie decoction can prolong the survival of patients with breast cancer and improve the quality of life.
