陈明致,福州人,1950年上海交大土木系毕业。他是我国土坝、堆石坝学术带头人之一,著名坝工专家,全国人大代表,中国工程院院士,目前担任小浪底工程建设技术委员会主任,同时兼任水利部技术委员、松辽委技委会主任和东北水利经济研究会理事长。 1950年7月,陈明致怀着“有志男儿家四海,不须生入玉门关”的志向,应东北人民政府的招聘,乘北上的列车,踏上了建设祖国东
Chen Mingzhi, Fuzhou, graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1950. He is one of the academic leaders of earth dam and rockfill dam in China, famous dam expert, NPC deputy and academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. Currently, he is the director of Technical Committee of Xiaolangdi Project, and concurrently holds the post of technical director of Ministry of Water Resources, technical committee of Songliao Committee Director and Northeast Water Conservancy Economic Research Association.
