1978年前后,中国共产党组织的大规模考察团对苏联东欧国家进行了访问和考察。苏联东欧国家的改革是这些访问和考察中极为重要的一个内容,给中国的改革开放提供了正反两方面的经验教训。具体说来,中国共产党考察苏联东欧改革对中国改革开放主要有四个方面的影响:一是深化了对社会主义模式多样性的认识;二是推动了改革开放的进程;三是丰富了中国改革理论的思想来源;四是促进了有中国特色的社会主义改革道路的形成。
Around 1978, a large-scale delegation organized by the CPC conducted visits and inspections to Soviet Eastern European countries.
