据对江苏近10年来生产上种植的和新育成的主要籼稻品种的外观、加工及食用品质的分析,有30%品种的米质综合性状达到农业部颁发的Ⅱ级优质米标准,而与Ⅰ级米的主要差距是加工品质欠佳和直链淀粉含量偏高.针对本省籼稻米质现状,其改良策略应以商品品质改良为重点,食用品质以选育直链淀粉含量在20%左右的品种为宜.常规品种在Ⅱ级米基础上再提高一步,杂交稻以选育细长粒优质不育系为主,并协调好优质、高产、高效的关系。
According to the analysis of the appearance, processing and edible quality of the main indica rice varieties grown and newly bred in Jiangsu during the past 10 years, 30% of the rice quality traits reached Grade II high quality rice standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, The main difference between grade rice is poor processing quality and high amylose content. In view of the status quo of indica rice quality in our province, the improvement strategy should focus on the improvement of product quality. It is advisable to breed edible quality with about 20% amylose content. Conventional varieties further increase one grade on the basis of grade II rice. The hybrid rice is dominated by slender grain elite sterile lines and coordinates good quality, high yield and high efficiency.
