社会发展到互联网时代,出版业数量规模型发展方式已越来越不适应社会发展的需要,向质量效益型发展方式转变已迫在眉睫。在这个历史转型时期,出版业发展方式的转变需要多方共同努力,而质量监管牵一发动全身,它不仅可以吸聚各方力量,而且可形成一个着力点,倒逼出版业发展方式实行转变。
In the age of social development to the Internet, the development mode of quantity and scale in the publishing industry has become increasingly unsuited to the needs of social development. It is imminent to make the transition to a quality and efficiency-oriented development mode.
