目的 探讨高血压性脑出血 (HCH)患者血浆 t-PA和 PAI-1动态变化 ,寻找更有效的治疗方法。方法 采用发色底物法对 41例 HCH患者血浆 t-PA和 PAI-1活性动态监测 ,并与健康人相比较。结果 HCH患者发病第 1d,t-PA活性较健康人明显低 ,以后开始升高 ,第 10 d达高峰 ,达健康人水平 ,而后又呈降低倾向。至 2 1d时明显低于健康人 ;PAI-1活性与之大致相反。结论 HCH患者发病后血浆纤溶活性呈规律性变化 ,2周后其活性呈降低倾向 ,为促进血肿吸收 ,可考虑使用缓和的纤溶激活剂
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of t-PA and PAI-1 in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HCH) and find out more effective treatment. Methods The chromogenic substrate method was used to measure the plasma levels of t-PA and PAI-1 in 41 HCH patients and compared with healthy controls. Results On the 1st day of onset, the activity of t-PA in HCH patients was significantly lower than that in healthy people, and then began to increase thereafter. The peak was reached on the 10th day, reaching the healthy level, and then decreased. The level of PAI-1 was significantly lower than that of healthy controls at 21 days. Conclusion The plasma fibrinolytic activity of HCH patients changes regularly after 2 weeks, but their activity tends to decrease after 2 weeks.
