在学生与学生的交往中有时候许多大事都会变成小事,相反有的时候有的小事也会放大成大事。当然在老师和学生的亦师亦友的关系中,许多事情也是一样。当然不论大事或小事,都要用心地处理。面对孩子们的成长教育,无论大事或小事都是最重要的事情,只有将这些事情处理好了,才会看到教育的影响,才能体现教育的智慧。在我与学生的相处中,最感慨的是班级里的学生们之间的哪种单纯与和谐。当然这种关系的建设离不开四年的陪伴与成长。
There are times when there are many major events in student-student interactions that can become trivial matters, while others sometimes magnify into major events. Of course, many things are the same in the relationship between teachers and students. Of course, regardless of a major event or a minor event, we must carefully handle it. In the face of the children’s growth education, no matter whether the major event or the small event is the most important thing, we can see the impact of education only if we deal with these things well to reflect the wisdom of education. In my life with students, the most emotion is what kind of simple and harmonious between the students in the class. Of course, this relationship can not be built without the company for four years and growth.
