表扬作为一种积极的赏识教育方式,注重发现幼儿的优点和长处,在幼儿一日活动中被广泛地运用。正确适当的表扬奖励能给予幼儿积极、有效的支持,促进其优秀学习品质和良好习惯的养成。然而,当前幼儿园教育也存在不恰当地使用表扬奖励的问题。一、当前幼儿园教育中教师表扬的误区许多教师已经意识到表扬对促进幼儿的发展有着积极的作用,但是有的教师并没有深刻领会运用表扬的本质,对表扬的使用有一定的误区。1.表扬时忽略幼儿的个体差异。
