近年来,上高县麻科所扩种苎麻近300亩,炭疽病发生较为普通,一般发病率为20~40%,重的病叶率、病情指数分别达90%和55以上。尤其是茎杆受害后,纤维支数、强力度、断裂长度下降,且纤维布有红褐色斑点,麻色差,等级下降,直接影响经济效益。为有效控制炭疽病的为害,针对当地药源缺泛和红壤地偏酸性(pH5左右)问题,我们在上高麻科所红壤麻地进行了改土防病试验。 一、试验方法 设三个处理,即①亩施石灰75公斤后中耕覆土;②亩施石灰75公斤后不中耕覆土、任其自然;③空白对照。每处理面积0.06亩,重复3次,按病情4级标准记载,于施石灰前、施石灰后15天和30天分别定点调查病情,收获前测试株高,有效株率和收获时测产。
