本文叙述了二氧化碲声光偏转器用XGS-IR二维扫描式高频信号源的设计与制作.本信号源采用钟脉冲发生器和逻辑控制电路以获得程序控制脉冲.为了能显示先点矩阵,采用了由阶梯波电压控制的压控振荡器开环系统阶梯电压由32个恒流源合成,每个恒流源控制一个阶梯电压,还采用了传输线变压器作为级间匹配的宽带动率放大器.为了使于检测声光偏转器的性能参数,使X、Y方向具有不同的中心频率、并设有手控打码装置.为了使维修方便,采用插件式印制板整机结构.本信号源具有多频率、多状态扫描输出.扫描带宽、频率间隔和扫描速度均可调节,单频率X、Y方向或任一方向都可随机寻址.
