根据某地铁项目需求,针对现有系统操作不便、效率低等问题,对顶管机的电气控制系统进行改进设计,主要包括主顶控制系统、刀盘控制系统、纠偏控制系统、螺旋输土机控制系统、主站从站通信系统及辅助设备控制系统等方面设计。通过仿真分析,结果显示各个系统可正常运行,且有效防止操作不当带来的危害。
According to the demand of a subway project, the electrical control system of pipe jacking machine is improved for the problems of inconvenient operation and low efficiency of the existing system, including main top control system, cutter control system, correction control system, screw conveyor Control system, master station communication system and auxiliary equipment control system design. Through the simulation analysis, the results show that each system can be normal operation, and effectively prevent the harm caused by improper operation.
