连续自然流产2次以上者称为反复性自发流产。人类所有已明确的妊娠中,约有15%—25%发生自发性流产。过去多认为反复性自发流产可因多方面原因引起,包括母体全身性疾患、内分泌紊乱、免疫因素、解剖缺陷以及受精卵的异常、胎盘异常等。1960年Penrose等报告过1例染色体易位携带者妇女有两个易位痴呆儿且发生过两次流产。1961年Fossman及Lehmann报告1男性易位携带者的妻子生了3个痴呆儿并流产5次。此后陆续有人发现了一些其它异常,如易位、嵌合体及倒位等。目前一般人公认的反复性自发流产的重要原因为双亲之一或胎儿有染色体异常
Continuous spontaneous abortion more than 2 times are called recurrent spontaneous abortion. About 15% -25% of all confirmed pregnancies in humans occur spontaneously. In the past that repeated spontaneous abortion may be caused due to many reasons, including maternal systemic disease, endocrine disorders, immune factors, anatomical defects and fertilized egg abnormalities, placental abnormalities. In 1960, Penrose et al reported that one woman with chromosomal translocation had two translocations and had two abortions. 1961 Fossman and Lehmann report 1 The wife of a male translocation carrier gave birth to 3 dementia and aborted 5 times. Someone later discovered some other abnormalities, such as translocation, chimerism and inversion. At present, the most common cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion is one of the most important causes of chromosomal abnormalities in one of the parents or the fetus
