石油的催化裂化的实验,根据课本要求是用氧化铝作催化剂。它没有指明用什么样的氧化铝。我曾用实验室现存的氧化铝进行试验,起初用酒精灯加热,后来改用酒精喷灯加热;效果都不好,大部分石蜡烃气化后由导气管排出,凝结在导气管和用水冷却的试管中,使实验无法继续进行。分析原因,我觉得关键是催化剂。经过试验,采取如下催化剂效果较好:
The catalytic cracking experiment of petroleum, according to textbook requirements, uses alumina as a catalyst. It does not specify what kind of alumina to use. I used the laboratory’s existing alumina to conduct the test. I first heated it with an alcohol lamp and then switched to an alcohol torch. The effect was not good. Most of the paraffin hydrocarbons were vaporized and discharged from the air tube, condensed in the air tube and cooled with water. In the test tube, the experiment cannot be continued. To analyze the reasons, I think the key is the catalyst. After testing, the following catalysts are better:
