为探究不同光响应曲线模型拟合不同锌肥水平下烤烟光合特征的适宜性,以烤烟K326为研究对象,采用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型和双曲线修正模型对烟株成熟期中部叶的光响应曲线进行拟合,通过分析光合参数的拟合值和实测值的近似度,选出光响应曲线适宜的拟合模型。结果表明,随着锌肥适量的增施,烤烟的最大净光合速率、暗呼吸速率、光饱和点等光合特征参数均有所上升,烤烟叶片的光合能力明显提高,但当锌肥过量时光合特征参数反而下降。3种模型对不同锌肥水平下烤烟成熟期中部叶光响应曲线的拟合效果优劣排序为双曲线修正模型>非直角双曲线模型>直角双曲线模型,且双曲线修正模型拟合出的光合特征参数最丰富。因此,双曲线修正模型是拟合不同锌肥水平下烤烟光响应曲线的适宜模型。
In order to explore the suitability of different light response curve models to fit the photosynthetic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco under different zinc fertilizer levels, taking the Flue-cured Tobacco K326 as the research object, using the rectangular hyperbolic model, non-rectangular hyperbolic model and hyperbolic modified model, The light response curve of the leaf was fitted. By fitting the fitting value of the photosynthetic parameter and the measured value, the suitable fitting model of the light response curve was selected. The results showed that the maximum net photosynthetic rate, dark respiration rate, light saturation point and other photosynthetic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco increased with the appropriate amount of zinc fertilizer, and the photosynthetic capacity of flue-cured tobacco leaves increased significantly. However, The characteristic parameter drops instead. The fitting results of three models for fitting light response curves of middle leaves of mature tobacco leaves at different zinc fertilizer levels were hyperbolic modified model> non-rectangular hyperbola model> rectangular hyperbola model, and hyperbolic modified model fitted Photosynthetic characteristics of the most abundant parameters. Therefore, the hyperbola correction model is a suitable model for fitting the light response curve of flue-cured tobacco with different zinc fertilizer levels.
