我们用盖片染色抽作了一大批教学切片,保证180张切片标本同时染色,同时分化,染出的颜色深浅一致,红蓝鲜明,现将方法介绍如下:1 材料和方法1.1 将盖玻片分散在新配制的洗涤液内浸泡2～5h。最好不超过24h(以免久泡玻片易碎)。1.2 捞出用自来水充分流水冲洗20h以上,完全无色为止,再浸入蒸馏水中待用。也可整理整齐,像原装合一样放温箱内烘烤干燥,约2～4h。可作为载玻片染色后之封固组织所用。
