脑力劳动无产阶级有两个本质的特点,一是从经济地位看,他们是劳动者,作为无产阶级的一部分,区别于不劳而获的剥削者;二是从社会分工看,他们是从事以脑力劳动消耗为主的劳动,是无产阶级中脑力劳动者,以区别于体力劳动消耗为主的生产工人.十一届三中全会以来,经过拨乱反正,“知识分子是工人阶级的一部分”,是“脑力劳动无产阶级” 的科学论断,已经为越来越多的人所确认.但是,对知识分子脑力劳动特殊性的研究和宣传,却还远远没有引起人们的重视,这是当前一些单位和部门知识分子政策未能落实到实处,在认识上的一个原因.深入分析知识分子脑力劳动的特殊性,可以看出,脑力劳动和体力劳动的社会差别,在不同的社会形态下具有不同的性质和表现
