3月下旬,兵团党委宣传部、兵团文明办组织各师文明办负责同志,赴海南省考察文明生态村建设情况。此行考察了海口市、万宁市、文昌市、琼海市、三亚市的11个文明生态村。海南省文明生态村建设起步较早、规范有序、成效显著,其主要经验为强调以人为本,依靠群众创建;社会广泛参与,城乡和谐共建;注重结合实际,因村制宜创建;示范带动辐射,推动连片创建;整合多种资源,区片联合创建。
