目的：探讨硬膜外镇痛泵用于分娩镇痛的可行性。方法：对无阴道分娩和硬膜外阻滞并发症的初产妇作为试验组,另随机抽取50例同期传统自然分娩的初产妇作为对照组。结果：两组镇痛效

目的：探讨硬膜外镇痛泵用于分娩镇痛的可行性。方法：对无阴道分娩和硬膜外阻滞并发症的初产妇作为试验组,另随机抽取50例同期传统自然分娩的初产妇作为对照组。结果：两组镇痛效果有显著性差异,第一产程及总产程比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;试验组第一、第二产程均比对照组缩短,平均产后出血量增加,但差异无统计学意义。结论：硬膜外采用镇痛泵进行的无痛分娩技术是切实可行的,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。
