本文以无锡商业职业技术学院公共管理服务平台网站建设过程为例,从用户体验角度出发构建公共管理服务平台网站建设五段式模型,重视用户的真实体验,最终为设计具有良好用户体验、用户较满意的网站建设提供了新思路。
This paper takes the construction of public management service platform of Wuxi Commercial College as an example to construct a five-stage model of public management service platform from the perspective of user experience, and emphasizes on the real experience of users. Finally, Satisfied with the website provides a new way of thinking.
