在时下快节奏生活中,工作十分紧张,充足的睡眠是人体生命活动所不可缺少的,也是解除疲劳,恢复体力和精力所必须的。不少的女性朋友都认为,多睡有益健康,也有利于青少年生长发育,以致有机会就赖在床上不起来,使睡眠时间大大超过需要,这是一种不良习惯。据研究,长此以往,将损害身心健康。
In today’s fast paced life, work is very tense, adequate sleep is indispensable to human life and activities, but also to relieve fatigue, restore physical strength and energy necessary. Many female friends think that being asleep and having good health is also beneficial to the growth and development of young people. As a result, they have a chance to stay in bed and make their sleep time greatly exceed their needs. This is a bad habit.
